Bauer Research Bauer is known to be one of the largest privately owned media companies in the world, with assets found all around the world. The company was founded in 1875, so far reaching 200 million consumers with around 15,000 employers across the 13 countries they currently operate in. In the UK, they are the No.1 Publisher and the No.1 Digital Commercial Audio broadcaster, providing entertainment to around 25 million consumers. Bauer use audience insight to gain a deeper understanding of their key demographics, focusing on the ever changing behaviours, values and attitudes. Because of this understanding, the company are always striving towards creating culture and diversity for both audiences and employees.   In regards to magazine publishing, Bauer are the UK's biggest selling publisher, creating 'iconic and influential' magazine media brands for their 'diverse and passionate' audiences. The Brief

The Brief:   You work for an independent media production company. You have been given the task of producing one front cover and the contents page(s) of the first two editions of a new real-life story magazine that is being launched by Bauer and two pages for the working website for the magazine. Contents pages can be either single or  double - page  spread. The web pages must promote the new magazine to its target audience and enable fans to interact with the content.
